Phil Woods: Some Detours along the way pushed teams to their limits
Tyler: Switch, we are switching.

Phil Woods: Fears were tested... almost every leg of the race! Especially at the top of the HEP Five Ferris Wheel... one of the many REAL locations that were visited last season!
Tyler(on the ferris wheel): once on the ferris wheel tho, i sent nicole a kiss but in a strange turn of events, DYLAN captured it, yesterday i had no one on the Tyler Train and now I have 2 people from the same team fighting for my love, i thought this was iAmaz1ng Race, not iShot at Love with T1la Tequila!

Phil Woods: Racers saw their first Transportation Challenge in China!
Phil Woods: In an iAmaz1ng Race first, one team was eliminated at a mid-leg Pit Stop in India!
Phil Woods: Ricky and Gabe, I am sorry to tell you but you are the last team to check in at the Golden Temple; a mid-leg pit stop this leg of the race. You have been eliminated from the race!
Gabe: Oh. Well, hey guys... whoever wants to race with me next season, just send me a tweet ok!

Phil Woods: And it wouldn't be iAmaz1ng Race if there wasn't some drama! When teams were given the option to U-turn other teams via a video challenge, Cody Squared and Team DillHoles were the only two teams to go for it but only ONE could win!

Phil Woods: Eric from #TeamRainbowKittens won the second FAST FORWARD video challenge for his team in Greece.

Phil Woods: Night after night, they raced... and the one thing you could always look forward to is Kirin's thoughts at the end of each leg. Especially the night she thought she was eliminated! Yes, iAmaz1ng Race brings out emotions like this!

Phil Woods: It also never hurts to have friends back home rooting for you as Gabe did for Dylan in Nicole while they were Ireland at the costume party!

Phil Woods: In the end though, Animal(who raced by himself the entire time), Eric & Allan and Nicole & Dylan raced through Venezuela to the finish line in search of victory! After completing three different road blocks, PLACES / PEOPLE / FLAGS, one team came out victorious!
