Ancient Haitian Voodoo was compromised of both monotheist and pagan components. The Great God himself went by Bon Dye (Good God) who ruled over all the world with an iron fist. Every worshipper responded to Bon Dye but ultimately refused to deal with him out of fear and not knowing how to converse with him. Therefore, in order to practice ritual, the great Voodooists would operate through spirits referred to as the Ioa. The Ioa were specifically servants, not Gods. The Ioa were great forces that represented, guarded, and protected powerful forces in the world; however, they all reported to, worshipped, and served the great Bon Dye. Here in Haiti, you have been made to choose your own fate, toying with the great powers of voodoo and the Ioa themselves. As servers of the great Bon Dye, you have picked an individual power to use to your own advantage during your stay. Swept in with the tides, you have drawn the rock of...
Agaou is one of the fiercest and highest Ioa in Haitian Voodoo, as the storm-bringer, Agaou summons rain, fills wells and springs. Most say that earthquakes are a demonstration of his anger. Thunder is a representation of his shouting. Agaou is a powerful Ioa who is strong and violent, and ultimately demands respect. This Ioa's quakes of anger are chosen to help you through this stone, should you choose to play it, this stone will re-do an entire tribal council. The storm is brought by you. After the vote is done and the results are shown, you can play this stone. This will cause the votes to be thrown out and then twelve hours will be given for a redo on the tribal council. It is transferable to other players. Your stone is eligible to be played until the final five.
Bon Dye is watching.
